Bluedevils News · Fort Lupton has a new head baseball coach to lead the Bluedevils this upcoming season.

After a few long nights last week interviewing several worthy candidates for the Head Baseball job, I am proud to introduce you to Fort Lupton High School’s new Head Baseball Coach Cory Miller. Cory was Born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado, and graduated from Green Mountain High School. At GMHS he was a 3 year Varsity starter at catcher and outfielder. After high school Cory played for Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas, Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado, and finished his career at Indiana-Purdue University (now called Purdue University at Fort Wayne) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Cory has a passion for the game, good understanding of leading young men, and a high IQ for the teaching and coaching players. He was recently hired at the high school to support our Exceptional Service Students and spoke a lot about holding our student-athletes accountable both in between the lines and in the classroom. He is genuinely excited to get started and please stay tuned for more information over the coming weeks. We will set up a time soon for Cory to meet the parents, community, and players but first he is busy working on assembling a coaching staff to support him in his new endeavour. If you would like to congratulate him he can be reached via email at

Welcome Cory, we are looking forward to continued success with Bluedevil baseball and are expecting great things for many years to come.  Go Bluedevils!
